What we collect
- Consultation requests: name, email, company, segment, services of interest, network size and your message.
- Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and subscription date.
- Admin accounts: email and a bcrypt-hashed password for authorized staff.
- Technical telemetry: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) retained for security monitoring.
How we use it
We use the information you provide exclusively to respond to your enquiry, deliver services you've engaged us for, and — only if you subscribed — send you Field Notes briefings. We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
Your data is stored in our managed MongoDB database and transactional email is delivered through our email service provider. Both are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
Retention
Consultation enquiries are retained while your engagement is active and for up to 24 months afterward for continuity of service. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — one click, honored immediately. Server logs rotate after 90 days.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing consult@alienox.com. We respond to every verified request within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from Field Notes is instant via the link in every email.
